Maintenance Manager

As the maintenance manager / maintenance supervisor you will operate within a lean manufacturing environment, you will lead a team providing a high-level maintenance service to the business. Your focus will be on: -

• Leading a team of electrical maintenance technicians.
  
• Supporting hands-on electrical maintenance engineering for complex tasks.
  
• PLC systems.
• Drives and motors.

To be successful in your application for the maintenance manager / maintenance supervisor position, you will need: -

• A strong electrical maintenance engineering background.
• Excellent people management skills.

In return, the maintenance manager / maintenance supervisor will receive an attractive salary of £43,700 - £50,000, which includes a £1,700 call-out allowance, + up to £2,500 specialist allowance, a bonus of up to 10% and a 5% pension. Please note the call-out allowance and specialist allowance are not available until training has been completed.
